The Chief Operating Officer of The Golf Group, Sam Floyd, has an extensive operations background. He has 22 years experience as an Operations Director in the Hospitality industry and 17 years experience as Director of Golf Operations in the golf industry. His expertise in the Hospitality Industry was turning distressed properties which he brings with him into the golf industry as well.

The Golf Group is staffed with a complete accounting department and operations team. The Golf Group has developed personnel in the field that are ready to move up within their own club allowing existing managers to move into future management opportunities and acquisitions. The Golf Group has unlimited resources with over 15 sister companies for support, ranging from IT to Human Resources.
