May 15, 2010 -The Golf Group announces it's 1st annual Summer Junior Golf Tour for juniors ages 13 to 18 years of age. The tour begins at Rock Springs Ridge Golf Club on June 15th and will have weekly tournaments on Tuesday's at a different Golf Group facility each week. There will be seven total tournaments with the final tournament being played back at Rock Springs Ridge followed by an awards presentation. Registration fee is $25 per junior for the summer event. April 3, 2010 -Rock Springs Ridge in conjunction with Edwin Watts Golf hosted the Cleveland/Srixon Tour Van. The day was filled with fantastic equipment prices and several events including three "FREE" short game clinics.

November 1, 2009 – The Golf Group, Inc. has partnered with Edwin Watts to lease and open four “Green Grass” stores. The stores will be located in the pro shops at Wekiva Golf Club, The Country Club of Mt Dora, Rock Springs Ridge and Twin River Golf Club. Prices for merchandise will be the same as in their existing stores as well as on-line.
